At Perfect Jeans, we want you to love your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn denim. Whether the rise isn't right or the wash isn't what you expected, we are here to make it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Choose between a refund to your original payment method or a store credit exchange, then download and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package Your Denim

  Place your unwashed, unworn jeans with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box and attach the prepaid label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
